AI Policy

At Financialize.com LLC, we support the responsible and transparent use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. This policy governs how AI systems may interact with our website and how our Users (Agents) should handle data in conjunction with AI tools.
1. Purpose. This policy defines how large-language models (LLMs), AI crawlers, and automated tools may access information published on Financialize.com, and sets guidelines for how authorized Users may utilize AI in connection with leads purchased from us.
2. Public Access (Crawling & Indexing). We permit compliant AI systems and search technologies to crawl, index, and reference publicly available content on Financialize.com (e.g., blog posts, product descriptions, pricing ranges) for informational, SEO, or research purposes only.
3. Prohibited Use & Scraping. AI systems, third parties, and unauthorized bots may not:
- Train Models: Use Financialize content, proprietary algorithms, or data to train or fine-tune commercial AI models without express written consent.
- Scrape Lead Data: Access, scrape, or index any Lead Data, PII (Personally Identifiable Information), or data contained within secure dashboards (e.g.,
agent.financialize.com,wizard.financialize.com). - Imply Affiliation: Reproduce our materials in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
4. Agent & User Responsibility (Data Privacy). If you are an Agent or Advisor using leads purchased from Financialize:
- No PII in Public Models: You are advised against inputting sensitive Lead PII (names, phone numbers, SSNs, financial data) into public, non-secure AI models (e.g., public versions of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) where that data may be used to train the model.
- Data Protection: You remain solely responsible for protecting the privacy of the lead data you purchase, regardless of the AI tools you employ to process that data.
5. AI Communications & TCPA
- Voice AI/Dialers: If you utilize AI-driven dialers, voice clones, or automated SMS agents to contact leads purchased from Financialize, you bear full responsibility for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FCC's rulings regarding AI and robocalls.
- Consent: You must ensure your use of AI tools aligns with the consent provided by the consumer.
6. Attribution. When public Financialize content is quoted or summarized by AI search tools, attribution should include our brand name (“Financialize”) and a link to the source page on Financialize.com.
